Tom Dolan

MD & Founder

Tom is the DCS Group’s Managing Director responsible for all group strategies, direction and operational performance throughout the UK. A modest but vastly experienced leader that maximises commercial performance through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Tom remains constantly focused on raising the profile of the DCS Group to promote our extensive range of recruitment solutions, within our chosen markets and sectors. An inspirational leader with the highest standards and a personal belief that community must be at the heart of everything DCS stands for.

Simon Dolan

Commercial Director

BSs Hons Degree in Construction Management. Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and Member of the Chartered Institute Of Building. Simon provides the DCS Group with unique skills and attributes as he spent the vast majority of his career working within the Engineering and Construction sector supporting the likes of Costain, Laing O’Rourke, J Murphy’s, EDF, Yorkshire Water and United Utilities. Simon is a skilled negotiator with the ability to negotiate successfully at all levels ensuring all stakeholders achieved equitable outcomes. He is also the driving force behind the company’s legal management and compliance procedures.

Sue Mitton

Financial Director

Sue is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in a broad range of sectors and roles, within recruitment, manufacturing, retail, service industries, telecommunications, mail order and leisure. Having started with a Law degree, 3 years as a building society manager, roles in both small and Top 4 chartered practice before moving into industry, she has a wealth experience to draw on. With a proven track record in cash management, developing financial systems, strategies and processes Sue role has always been at a strategic and commercial level. Working across business functions, developing KPIs and coaching Finance professionals Sue is ultimately responsible for the Groups Treasury and Financial reporting functions.

Mark Tully

Director

Mark joined the board of DCS in July 2019 and also became the Director of DCS Rail in February 2020. With over 30 years’ experience in the human capital sector, he spent most of his early career with the NES Group where he was part of the Senior Management team that delivered a successful exit for Bridgepoint with the VC backed MBO in 2006. This involved a triple track process involving AIM, Trade and Private Equity. Following that Mark was the Head of Brand at Roevin which was Engineering and Construction are of Adecco in the UK and then moved the Millbank Group. Mark is a proven professional that brings positive results to whatever challenge has been set. Enthusiastic and energetic, dedicated to the personal development of others, goal orientated with the ability of working with people on all decision-making levels.
