Sales Estimator
📍 Rochdale | Permanent | Full-time (Office-based)
🕒 Hours: 07:45-16:30 (Monday-Thursday), 07:45-15:30 (Friday)

🔧 Your Role
* Quote new products to customers and liaise with suppliers for quotations
* Communicate with customers throughout the full sales lifecycle
* Process sales orders and check order data for accuracy
* Contact clients to gather missing information or resolve queries
* Work closely with logistics to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
* Maintain and update sales and customer records
* Share valuable customer feedback internally
* Keep up to date with new products and features
🎯 What You’ll Need
* Proven experience as a sales estimator or in a similar role
* Hands-on experience with CRM systems and MS Office
* Excellent organisation and multitasking skills
* Strong teamwork and a high level of dedication
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Understanding of sales performance metrics
* Engineering background is beneficial but not essential
