DCS Recruitment currently seek an experienced data cabling engineer in Hereford on behalf of a national structured cabling contractor.

Working up to 8-hour day shifts, M-F.
Potential to extend on further sites within the general area.
The work will involve installing call systems within a care environment, experience with RF versions of these call systems is what we’re looking for. This may be from previous custodial or care settings e.g. HMP or NHS network infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a valid ECS/Equivalent structured cabling/comms industry related card or CSCS
- Have a minimum of 2 years comms industry experience
- Have understanding and knowledge working with RF and around electrics
- Be able to provide relevant work references and proof of right to work in the UK (ID) prior to start
- Have their own PPE and hand tools including termination kit and drill(s)
- RF awareness is a desirable qualification but is not essential.
