We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Bury. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all costs relating to residential and commercial roofing. As a Quantity Surveyor you will be given full guidance and support to complete all aspects of commercial management and contract procurement.
Responsibilities
– Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
– Evaluate and negotiate variations in contracts
– Perform cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work
– Conduct risk assessments
– Provide advice on contractual claims
– Monitor progress and ensure projects meet quality standards
Experience
– Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
– Strong knowledge of roofing
– Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
– Proficiency in cost control
