CNC Turner – Setter/Operator
DCS are recruiting for one of their CNC Sub-contract machining clients based in the heart of the Ribble valley. They are a busy, modern company who poduce prismatic parts to various industries including Mining, Defence, Medical, Aerospace, Rail & Hydraulics.
DUTIES
- Setting repeat work in line with proven processes
- Daily production operating and tool life management
- Use of Mitutoyo CNC CMM machines for inspection (desirable)
ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
- Experience with Fanuc controls
- Engineering Apprenticeship required as a minimum
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work on your own & follow processes
- Disciplined approach to completion of paperwork within the scope of IS9001/AS9100 quality standards

Terms Hours of Work
Permanent full-time position 7.00am – 4.00pm Mon-Thurs
40 hours per week 7.00am – 1.00pm Friday
Payscale dependent on skill level
