With a background that includes senior roles at Evri and SMS, he has built a strong reputation in logistics recruitment, operational delivery, and national contract management. Darren specialises in creating recruitment strategies that work in real operational environments, and is passionate about helping clients scale effectively.
Gary Cox – Director of Engineering
Gary joins us with over 30 years of international recruitment experience, having held senior positions at RGF Staffing, NES Fircroft, and Cubiq Recruitment. His expertise spans advanced engineering, technology, and the defence sector. Gary has successfully led recruitment businesses, developed client-focused strategies, and delivered global talent solutions. He is widely respected for his people-first approach and commitment to long-term client partnerships.
