🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the end‑to‑end talent cycle: sourcing, screening, onboarding and after‑care
- Run high‑volume LinkedIn, job‑board and social campaigns to build candidate pipelines
- Conduct CV triage, phone/video screens and pre‑qual assessments against client SLAs
- Keep data clean in ATS / HRIS (workflow, compliance, MI reporting)
- Maintain tight candidate comms to secure engagement and minimise fallout

- Proven track record in fast‑paced, high‑volume recruitment (logistics / light‑industrial a plus)
- Advanced user of ATS platforms and confident with Boolean / social search strings
- Strong written & verbal comms; able to juggle multiple requisitions under pressure
- Self‑starter who thrives on targets but collaborates well within a delivery pod
- Solution‑driven mindset-spot process gaps, propose fixes, keep the funnel moving
